1. Major in microelectronics, college degree or above;
2. Familiar with IC production and packaging process, understand the basic principle of testing, at least one year of relevant background work

1. Be responsible for tracking and handling the abnormalities in the process of IC production, such as tape casting, testing and packaging, formulating improvement requirements for quality accidents, tracking the improvement effect, and making relevant records; 2. Responsible for collecting and analyzing the data of each quality control point in the production process of integrated circuit products, timely finding out the existing or potential quality problems, and effectively carrying out quality control; 3. Responsible for customer complaint handling report and product failure analysis report; 4. Responsible for the certification of environmental protection and reliability of IC products; 5. Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of document control system, document control; 6. Assist ISO system daily maintenance, internal and external audit and customer audit; 7. Receive information related to ISO system standards, laws or customer requirements, formulate, update and standardize relevant documents, and communicate and share them among departments in a timely manner; 8. Finish other work assigned by superior.
