Position Summary
1. Professional knowledge of electronics, microelectronics, computer, etc.
2. ATE test experience of ADVANTEST t5371 / t5375, Verigy v5000 / v5400, credence Kalos / PK2 is preferred.
3. Familiar wit
Position details
Work closely with design engineer, product engineer, process engineer and vendor to test flash chip, and do corresponding reliability experiment and failure analysis to provide support for design, production and application.
The specific work includes:
1. Design the probe card / load board for engineering verification and mass production test on ate;
2. Develop corresponding test program on ate platform of engineering verification and mass production test;
3. Functional performance test verification, failure analysis, design application support and mass production test support of the sample;
4. Laboratory management, laboratory test platform and the construction of various experimental platforms;
5. HTOL / DRB / cycling and other reliability tests;
6. Test data sorting and analysis;
7. Cooperate with foundry, testing factory and packaging factory to improve product yield, ensure product quality and save testing cost.
